The Contract-to-Hire Services model allows for the evaluation of a consultant's capabilities before committing to a hiring decision, with the understanding that the consultant may transition to an employee role after a specified period, completion of a project, or certain number of hours worked. In this model, LaneSoft Software Solutions and the client agree on various terms, including an hourly bill rate for the contract period, the anticipated conversion date to regular employee status, a minimum number of hours the consultant must work before conversion, and/or a conversion fee payable to LaneSoft Software Solutions upon the consultant's transition to a regular employee with the client.
